Our multidisciplinary team at Aja Homes has decades of experience in developing real estate in the Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States, and internationally.
Since entering the NC market to engage in constructing high-end custom home projects, Aja Construction has built a notable portfolio of multifamily, condo, and mixed use projects in the areas of Chapel Hill and Durham, NC.
This includes notable architectural developments such as MOXA. A luxury condo and medical space development close to downtown Durham.
With a pipeline of hundreds of acres of new commercial and mixed use projects in the state, Aja Homes is quickly being recognized as a learning developer that is contributing to the vibrant lifestyle and economic hub we have here.
Executive Team
Aja Homes is led by our founder Raju Kalidindi.
Raju got his start in construction by participating in his three generation long family construction firm in India.
In 2008 Kalidindi entered the US construction industry by focusing on high-end custom home remodels in Boston.
In 2015, he saw the incredible growth boom happening in North Carolina and moved to be a part of the exciting developments there.
As the head of Aja Homes, 2018 saw Raju developing new townhome and golf community projects around Chapel Hill, NC.
Holding an NC Unlimited General Contractor Licence (Residential and Commercial), he has since led Aja Homes to build a pipeline of hundreds of acres of property for development in the Durham area. Including building properties like MOXA.
